As a Manager, you'll spend your day guiding your team, ensuring procedures are followed and serving as a liaison between the customer, dealerships, vendors and financial institutions. The purpose of this position is to provide quality and efficient customer service by performing administrative duties related to the remarketing of vehicle returns. This position works with other team members to ensure that the daily workload of the center is completed.
