Overview
The Command Center Attendant maintains the efficient flow of traffic within the parking garage using a computer-operated control panel to open and close entrance and exit lanes as assigned by the manager.
The employee will answer customer calls, which are initiated by the "help" button on pay machines and will assist customers or attendants with needs related to entrance and exit protocol.
The command center attendant will provide daily activity reports to the manager and will perform other tasks as assigned by the manager. Job duties included but are not limited to
• Answering customer and client inquiries via phone, entrance or exit lanes
• Providing excellent customer service to attendants and parking customers
• Resolving customer complaints
• Operating parking control panel as appropriate times
• Maintaining consistent communication with parking management and coworkers
• General computer use
