As a Media Director at Radancy, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategy, planning, and execution of multi-channel media campaigns that support our clients' marketing and communication goals. This is a dynamic position that requires a deep understanding of media trends, programmatic buying, and client-focused solutions to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities
Responsibility for strategic planning for clients which may include:
- Programmatic media buying
- Knowledge of general media trends across all media, to reach different demographics (occupation/ lifestyle, etc) in the general public. This includes media usage and new platforms with ability to provide new ideas and evaluate for clients.
- Traditional media buys such as billboards, digital OOH, on air radio, streaming and traditional radio and television
- Experience in working with job boards, programmatic job platforms, ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and/or other optimization platforms.
- Experience with individual media outlets, as this is not all programmatic.
- Understand how to reach a variety of different consumer demographic groups (education/occupation), including but not limited to different diversity groups.
- Must be current on news and other types of media outlets with broad audience reach.
- Ability to analyze results, synthesize and report on performance for campaigns and make recommendations to increase performance. This includes monthly metric reports and presentations to clients.
- Must stay current on the aviation, aerospace, defense media landscape; US and international defense media;
- Hands on directing of complex performance media campaigns
- Ensure all campaigns have consistent setup and follow internal as well as industry acceptable guidelines and best practice
- Ability to report adequately to clients, internal teams and demonstrate campaign performance and achievement
- Media planning and proposal creation
- Manage relationship and coordinate planning and negotiate buys with media reps; maintain positive relationships
Skillset required:
- Client Service skills (brief taking, presentation, strategic thinking etc.)
- Budget and time management skills
- Previous experience and enthusiasm for programmatic advertising
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and manipulation of data sets
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of working with multi-location teams
- Previous experience related to the Aerospace, Defense, or government sectors for example in PR, marcomm or a related role
- Minimum 8 years of experience.
- Established knowledge of media landscape and especially DC market
- Consumer side experience beneficial, knowledge of how to reach target audience across all channels.
- Prior usage ofClaritas , MRI, Nielsen Audio, Comscore, Similar Web

Salary Range: USD $120,000.00 – $150,000.00*
*The above range is based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location.
