DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Accounts Receivables Associate Level III to join our team specializing in Finance for our Cummins Inc. facility in Nashville, TN.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Efficient Payment Processing : By working with complex customers to process payments, you’ll ensure timely and accurate transactions, improving cash flow.
- Customer Relationship Management : Handling both basic and complex customer inquiries will strengthen relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Account Analysis : Preparing statements of accounts and conducting detailed analyses will provide valuable insights into financial health and performance.
- Root Cause Analysis : Identifying the reasons behind late payments and suggesting process improvements will help reduce delays and enhance efficiency.
- Month-End Reporting : Preparing comprehensive month-end reports will support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Project Leadership : Leading or participating in projects related to Accounts Receivable improvement will drive innovation and process optimization.
- Process Improvement : Your suggestions for process improvements will streamline operations and reduce errors, contributing to overall efficiency.
- Autonomous Work : Performing activities under minimal supervision demonstrates your ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.

- Implement Financial Internal Controls : Assess and leverage the internal control framework to mitigate financial reporting risks. Develop remediation plans to respond to changing business needs and ensure robust financial controls.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

Reliable internet is required to be considered a hybrid employee. If this is not available in your area, then you will be required to be at the office 5 days a week. This is a hybrid position, so reliable transportation is a requirement to accept this position
