The franchised Trademark by Wyndham location in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager (Franchise) to join its team at the Penn Harris Hotel and Convention Center.
The Role
As a Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in maximizing revenue and enhancing relationships with corporate and business accounts in order to plan, solicit and book business for our property.
What you'll do
- Conducting site inspections to showcase our hotel and conference facilities to potential clients.
- Selling all aspects of the hotel to maximize revenue, including rooms, event spaces and amenities.
- Handling account details meticulously to ensure all aspects of solicitation and closing are complete and documented.
- Developing and continually enhancing relationships with corporate, business and travel industry accounts.
You'll be successful if you have
- Knowledge of the hotel structure and how all departments interact.
- Microsoft Office expertise
- Opera experience is preferred
Required Qualifications/Experience
- Prior hotel sales experience
