The Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Contracts Manager for the Boeing MQ-28 Program. The MQ-28 is a new unmanned aircraft using artificial intelligence to extend the capabilities of manned and unmanned platforms, and represents Boeing's largest investment in an unmanned aircraft outside of the United States. It is designed to work as a smart team with existing military aircraft to complement and extend airborne missions, and is the first to be designed, engineered and manufactured in Australia in more than 50 years.
This role will have responsibility for the Well Camp Production Facility Contracting activities, and support decision making by contributing supply chain subject matter expertise into business strategy, partnering and product roadmap activities. This is a key supply chain execution management role and we are seeking applicants who possess the following attributes:

Responsibilities
- Managing and executing the contracting strategy for the Well Camp Production Facility
- Leading the development of sourcing strategies for all Wellcamp Production Facility requirements
- Leading the creation and management of strategic supplier partnerships
- Managing the performance of the supply chain
- Integrating with stakeholders across the Boeing Autonomous Systems division, and teams in Australia and the US
Experience/Qualifications
- 10 years + experience in a strategic supply chain environment. Manufacturing and production experience desirable.
- Contracting experience with complex Design and Construct and Infrastructure Categories
- Tertiary or other formal qualifications and experience in a relevant field (desirable)
- Experience in senior roles within a matrix organisation (desirable)
