What You Will Be Doing:
Lockheed Martin Rotary & Mission Systems is seeking a full-time Project Engineering Associate Manager. In this role, you will lead an Agile team of developers, testers, and AI engineers to create Web-based and Java mission systems for the Intelligence, Global Strike, and Nuclear Planning communities. The successful candidate will have experience with and/or knowledge of agile scrum product owner responsibilities, project leadership techniques, general DevSecOps software practices, and remote site leadership in a joint military environment.
Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

Basic Qualifications:- Must have a TS security clearance to start (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Must have demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience leading successful projects with agile teams.
- Must be able to provide project management and execution guidance to a team to manager the implementation of mission solutions.
- Agile scrum product owner experience, defining and prioritizing mission requirements for agile teams.
- Must be able to work and communicate across different functional organization both up and down the org

- Risk Management
- Experience managing highly effective teams in a professional technical environment.
- Familiarity with/knowledge in Agile Planning and JIRA
- Experience with NC3 Planning/C2 Mission Systems at USSTRATCOM
- Coordination with other IPTs, management and the customer

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
