Wells Fargo is seeking a Sr. Organizational Change Management Consultant to join the HR Strategic Change Management team within HR Transformation and Products. This position will provide organizational change management expertise to drive employee readiness, adoption and behavior change for HR initiatives. This individual is responsible for employing a human centered approach to maximize the positive impact of changes while mitigating risk.
In this role, you will:- Apply a structured methodology to lead end-to-end change management initiatives supporting change readiness and adoption for cross HR initiatives
- Cultivate relationships with the HR Product Directors, HR Service stakeholders, product team and enablement partners including Corporate Communications, Learning & Development and others
- Drive the planning process to define and assess change impacts, developing an integrated and holistic change plan that includes communication, learning (if needed) and manage the overall execution of the plan
- Create and implement change deliverables as determined for the change event (such as readiness sessions, job aids, quick reference guides, etc.)
- Provides consultation on key messaging, employee communications and training
- Consult with relevant Service stakeholders (business execution, service owners/managers, etc.) to provide strategic change insights, including change saturation observations and developing the Service Area Change Enablement capability
- Provide change enablement consultation on Enterprise Change Management deliverables related to people impacts including - stakeholder analysis, impact assessment and change readiness assessment
- Anticipate and highlight risks related to people impacts, change significance and people readiness for change
- Consult with HR Product and Service areas in support of technology implementation, understanding the change readiness
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Required Qualifications:- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- PROSCI Change Management Certification
- Certified Change Management Professional
- Ability to execute successfully during times of ambiguity and change
- Operates with a bias towards action and a sense of urgency
- Experience executing organizational change initiatives and concurrent work streams
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning principles
- Strong written, oral and presentation communication skills; ability to guide discussions at multiple management levels. Advanced proficiency in MS office products
- Ability to effectively assess stakeholder, partner, or client needs while consulting, building solutions, and developing processes
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Effectively self-manages end-to-end projects using effective organizational capabilities and stakeholder engagement, managing simultaneous efforts while remaining agile to emerging priorities
- Ability to partner with leaders and employees across multiple functions to transform broad, complex ideas into clear communications for impacted employees.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Human Resources or HR Product Experience

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$84,000.00 - $149,400.00
