Responsible for the customer service operations financial planning process for month end close, forecast and budget. Oversees the system(s) of accounts and prepares financial statements and analysis. Manages the flow of information between key managers and senior management and conducts performance analysis and progress review reports. Collaborates with workforce management teams to align on traffic demands and resources to attain service level goals. Leads and conducts special projects, typically financial analysis and research of business issues in order to provide top management with financial data and business advice to support their resource allocation decisions and objectives for corporate growth and profitability.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
·Conducts and documents moderate to complex financial analysis, business analysis and profitability and cost analysis projects.
·Performs, plans, reviews and analyzes proposals for major capital expenditures relative to their conformity with corporate plans and economic justification.
·Provides strategic financial leadership and support in the evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions, mergers, pension funds and investments and/or other issues affecting the business.
·Interprets and applies organizational policies and procedures to determine financial planning methodology and database design.
·Ensures compliance with Federal SEC and state public financial reporting regulations, which the Company and its subsidiaries are subject to, by preparing SEC Annual and Quarterly reports.
·Participates in various corporate financial accounting projects such as financial systems development and currency management programs.
·Develops ways to continually improve the processes to ensure timely and accurate budget analysis and financial review for management team.
·Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
·Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
·Oversees preparation and review of monthly operating financial statements, forecasts, monthly variance analysis, external financial statements, and budget data.

Salary:
Pay Range: This job can be performed in Colorado with a Pay Range of $240,088.27 - $396,145.64
