- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or a relevant advanced degree.
- Experience in analytical and modeling skills, including project management.
- Ability to convey complex messages clearly and concisely to different audiences.
- Problem solving and analysis skills, combined with business judgment and ability to communicate with management team
- Leadership, influencing and communication skills; ability to create and foster cross-functional networks and manage without authority

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $87,000-$128,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Manage and drive efficiency in core finance processes such as financial planning, management reporting, business reviews, and business planning. Identify organizational or financial process gaps that could jeopardize compliance or business success.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual financial planning cycles and drive visibility into business performance
- Own and manage the Payments Platform Allocations out process including allocations into Platform, allocations out splits by cost center providing transparency into variances by quarter.
- Own, monitor, and provide transparency into the Allocations.
- Build holistic transaction cost dashboard, which provides real time updates on total transaction costs as well as impact of fee savings initiatives; Help assess and review partnership agreements and new business opportunities
