As a Client Services Associate within Global Practice Leadership, you will be entrusted with the critical task of receiving, reviewing, and executing entitlement requests for Access and Chase Connect, working closely with our Onboarding and Client Service agents. Your role will also involve resolving client inquiries with precision and efficiency, acting as a vital liaison between our Client Service and operations units.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive, review, and execute entitlement requests for Access and Chase Connect from Onboarding and Client Service agents
- Handle requests related to new JPMorgan Access and Chase Connect Profile Creation, addition of security admins, linkage of new accounts, and addition of products
- Review and approve maintenance requests related to JPMorgan Access Profile setups.
- Resolve client inquiries received via phone
- Act as a liaison between Client Service and all operations units, servicing clients for escalations and prioritizations
- Partner with product and Commercial Bank colleagues to effectively address client issues that fall outside of internal and client SLAs
- Make recommendations on process and procedure improvements to continually improve operational effectiveness and client experience
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal clients to effectively assess service levels, identify process gaps or bottlenecks, and report problems and potential solutions quickly
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a client-focused position, managing strong relationships among internal partners to deliver results
- Highly detail-oriented and organized; able to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong communication skills; able to convey complex steps simply and directly, in a friendly and helpful manner; skillful at negotiation and managing conflicts
- Excellent time management skills as well as exercise good judgment in prioritizing client deliverables
- Client-focused and results-oriented in approach
- Thinks creatively and innovatively to resolve client problems
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience primarily in banking or the financial service industry
- Knowledge of commercial treasury products and services
