You'll handle inquiries on benefit plans, membership, claims, and billing, ensuring timely resolutions. Facilitate both in-person and virtual Group Administrator meetings, playing a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction and operational excellence. Compensation
$25.58 - $30.40 hourly
Non-exempt grade 13

What you’ll do:

Responsible for proposal and renewal rating process and presentations that include the calculation of rates, broker fees, and premium comparisons in a timely and accurate manner.

Required to review and proofread all documents submitted to internal departments to ensure accurate benefit administration according to contract or custom benefits.

Required to act on behalf of the sales rep to provide accurate information and quality customer service to groups in a timely manner.

Explains benefit options and underwriting regulations associated with group sales and enrollment.

Maintain accurate system information for key performance areas.

Liaise with groups/brokers and refer issues and questions to the appropriate internal subject matter experts.

Manage high email volumes and respond to emails/inquiries within service level agreements.

Coordinate travel, meeting schedules, and materials for sales representative/s and assist with meetings as requested.

Maintains the office setting by ordering supplies, light maintenance and cleaning and opening and closing the office space.

Conduct in person or virtual group administrator meetings.

Assist with service and retention of existing groups.

May require lifting, bending, and loading supplies and small office equipment up to 50 pounds.

Travel may be required.
What you need:

High school graduate or equivalent.

Minimum of two years’ work experience in sales coordination, office administration, and/or a business operations position.

Must have and maintain a valid Driving License.

Must sign a non-compete agreement.

Requires the ability to acquire and maintain a State of Kansas Insurance Agent's license within 90 days of employment and must maintain license through employment.
