HOW YOU’LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
This role typical reports to a Merchant and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment.
- Support Wholesale Merchant in management of brand; attend all seasonal assortment meetings, analyze and report on the business performance and assist in building assortment strategies.
- Partner with Global Merchant team to accurately develop line sheets, maintain change logs, efficiently communicate product level adjustments.
- Understand complexities of style set up in PLM and impacts to other systems. Strong attention to detail, ability to keep up with line changes in the system and create styles changes as needed.
- Responsible for execution of sales meeting logistics; creation and printing of materials, coordination, shipping and delivery of samples.
- Assist Director/ Sr. Merchant/ Merchant in preparation and presentation for all milestone meetings including sell-ins of product lines to Domestic and International wholesale accounts.
- Build strong relationships with cross functional team; account managers, forecasting, sourcing, design and SBU merchants to understand concurrent deliverables and calendar management.
- Collaborate with brand merchandising and product teams to understand brand direction and vision, develop exclusive products that meet International market and seasonality needs.
- Build strong relationships with account partners and knowledge of market trends and competitors to capitalize on opportunities for growth.
- Identify new trends and have an eye for product Ability to quickly obtain working knowledge of various reporting databases and product tools: FlexPLM, MicroStrategy, etc.

- Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook
- Ability to hit concurrent deadlines, manage and prioritize own workload
Preferred skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years minimum experience in merchandising, retail, buying, planning, or ecommerce role preferred
