Senior Program Analyst, Cost

KBR is currently recruiting a Senior Program Analyst, Cost to join our team at APG, MD in support of our customer, Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A). Remote work option is available.
Duties:
- Performs weapons system cost estimating, analysis and research in problem areas of very extensive scope and complexity.
- Performs cost analysis to create products used for program decision making, reporting, and to secure funding.
- Align cost element breakdowns and perform base year and then year cost forecasts.
- Supports system engineering, program management, risk management, and process-based methodology with life cycle cost analysis, metrics management, cost benefit analysis, and acquisition.
- Supports the Planning, Programing, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process with analytical assessments, analysis, and development of key documentation to support annual budget execution activities and milestone decision reviews.
- Supports reporting to DASA-CE.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Army systems or acquisition program support experience associated with cost estimating and analysis.
- Familiar with the ACE-IT software and knowledgeable of Army Cost Estimating standards.
- Must have five (5) years direct experience with verbal and written communication to include presentations and/or briefings to product managers, division chiefs or equivalent grade.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree preferred in Business, Accounting, or related field.
- At least ten (10) years’ experience managing government programs is required.
- An additional four (4) years of experience may substitute degree.
Required Clearance:
- ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
Travel:
Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.
Work Environment:
This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces. Remote work option is available.

- Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.
- Climb stairs, ramps, ladders, and work stands.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

Basic Compensation:
$117,370 - $176,000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
