Program Highlights
Duration: Up to 12 months of intensive training designed to prepare you for your first management role.

Specialization: After a general hotel rotation, you’ll focus on an area like Food & Beverage, Front Office, Housekeeping, these functions are critical to creating a true understanding of the hotel industry and where we think the best hotel leaders start meaningful careers.

- Compensation: Hourly Rate: $24 - $30, depending on your experience and location.

Your Day-to-Day: First 3 Months, rotate through all hotel departments to get a well- rounded understanding of how we operate. Next 6-9 Months, specialize in a specific area that will give you exposure to functional learnings, and leadership development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Relocation Flexibility: Willing and able to move within the U.S.
- Work Eligibility: Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Experience:
- Education: High school diploma or GED.
- Leadership: Experience in community leadership or student organizations.
- Customer Service: Two years of experience (e.g., serving, babysitting, front desk, volunteering, coaching).
- Tech Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
