The Thermal Acoustical Solutions segment offers a full line of innovative engineered products to assist in noise and heat abatement within the automotive and industrial markets. The business manufactures acoustical damping and thermal insulating solutions comprised of fiber and metal based composite product constructions. These products are typically found in the interior (dash insulators), underbody (wheel well, fuel tank, exhaust) and under hood (engine compartment) of passenger vehicles, heavy duty trucks, recreational vehicles as well as in other industrial applications. The segment employs approximately ~1400 employees with operations in the U.S., Germany, France and China.
Job Summary:
The D365 Admin is responsible for defining, documenting, and assessing the process of implementation while identifying areas for potential improvement. Will be part of the Internal IT team supporting our operations and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics. The role is responsible for managing and communicating those requirements throughout the product and project life cycle, as well as post-implementation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Meet with stakeholders across the organization to gather research while working alongside outside vendors.
- Prepare documentation provide recommendations.
- Ensure system compliance.
- Assist with data migrations and project based work.
- Assist with change management.
- Assist with testing and QA.
- Establish KPI’s and work Post-Implementation for continuous improvement.
- Offer trainings for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop SOP’s & Report to meet business needs.
Experience, Skills, Education and Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate:
- 3+ years’ technical experience within the Microsoft Dynamics Suite (customization, workflow, implementation, etc)
- Experience in developing wire fame diagrams in support of user interface and report requirements
- Business process analysis, system analysis and data analysis
- MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Additional Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Project management experience
- Strong communication skills for internal stakeholder presentation/conversations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
