This role will be responsible for IAM risk governance with a focus on control execution, evaluation of risk indicators, and driving risk reduction.
In this role, you will:- Act as an advisor to leadership to drive risk governance routines and initiatives pertaining to IAM domain health and adherence monitoring
- Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex current and emerging risks which require understanding of information security, data analysis, and risk management
- Manage and evaluate the appropriateness of metrics through control execution ownership of the IAM metrics inventory
- Review and analyze moderately complex metric data, thresholds, and alignment to policy requirements to ensure appropriate risk coverage
- Act as more experienced lead to the organization to develop security risk awareness and mitigating actions, and consult with partners on solutions to remediate IAM risks
- Provide independent judgment to analyze performance trends across IAM governance
- Drive risk governance routines to evaluate risk indicators across complex IAM themes and develop proposed solutions to close identified gaps
- Manage and recommend improvements around process documentation, workflows, and reporting requirements to effectively support risk routines
- Ensure that risks to all information assets are being managed in a timely and effective manner to meet the Information Security Program requirements and the current threat landscape
- Lead and partner across cross-functional teams on IAM risk initiatives in a matrixed environment
Required Qualifications:- 7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:- 5+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience
- Identity and Access Management domain knowledge and experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience; verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with control execution, developing control flows, and writing procedures and job aids.
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with key partners and stakeholders.
- Knowledge and understanding of compiling and preparing executive summaries and presentations for management/senior leaders.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing skills and analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint) skills.

- Travel up to 10% of the time

$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
