Overview
The Store Operations Inventory Specialist position is responsible for maintaining processes, procedures and reporting that support new and existing store operations. This position administers store inventory functions, order processing practices and operational compliance. These responsibilities include direct
support, coaching and guidance of Inventory Coordinators, Store Management teams and store employees for these areas of the business.

Responsibilities
- Assists with the development, implementation and support of store inventory direction and procedures
- Maintains inventory count process, planning, loading and reporting review
- Supports, coaches and guides Inventory Coordinators, Store Management teams and store employees in the successful execution and optimization of store operations, inclusive of spending time in our stores
- Maintains and updates all Inventory Coordinator Materials. Including IC Reference Guide and other one sheet materials
- Prepares and distributes shrink & general damage reporting
- Supports New Store Merchandise IC as well as all resources needed for merchandise and BOH setup
- Assists in maintaining the partnership with our auditing partners and schedules and retrieves audit paperwork from stores
- Assists in the design and maintenance in stockroom and office configurations for new and existing stores
- Works in partnership with other Home Office departments to implement and support large multi-departmental initiatives as it relates to inventory awareness and control
- Proactively identifies and pursues opportunities for improving store processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in store operational roles
- Based in Dallas/Ft. Worth area on a hybrid schedule
- Ability to travel 15-20% a year, based on the business needs
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher and knowledge of Excel
- Flexible, with a positive attitude and passion for knowledge
- Must be at least 18 years of age
