Project Officer, Senior
The Opportunity:
As a Project Officer, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it’s imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That’s why we need you, an experienced Project Officer who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication.
On our team, you’ll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of DoD programs. You’ll work with key stakeholders to facilitate communications and coordinate milestone planning. You’ll help with tactical planning using resources like MS Project and regular interactions with integrated product team stakeholders, project officers, and senior leaders. The real impact of project management comes from communication to ensure the program achieves its goals and meets our quality standards. You Have:
5+ years of experience in assisting with the management of cost, schedule, and performance of Army or DoD programs
Experience facilitating communications with stakeholders and suppliers to support product development or ongoing production programs
Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Life Cycle process
Knowledge of risk management processes and tools
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Experience in the military
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
