Position Overview
Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers (KIE) has an opening for a dynamic Geotechnical Engineer Intern in our growing Geotechnical Group. You will be part of our rapidly growing Infrastructure Design Department, which includes structural, geotechnical, civil, drainage, roadway, rail, and materials disciplines. This is a multi-faceted and leading-edge division of Kiewit with best-in-class technical expertise focused on the design-build delivery of infrastructure projects.

Location
This position is based in our Lone Tree, CO office.
Responsibilities
• Foundation design, subsurface exploration, and construction engineering
• Repair geotechnical reports and specifications
• Review and check design calculations
Qualifications
• Pursuing a Master's degree or higher in Geotechnical Engineering or a related degree
• GPA above a 3.0 preferred
• Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong work ethic - willing to do what it takes to get the job done
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Be willing to fully participate in job assignments at the job site, district office or department to which the intern is assigned #LI-IPLA

• Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required.
Base Compensation: $20.00/hr - $24.50/hr
