Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Acquisition: Provide advice, recommendations, and document support to multiple disciplined offices in all areas of lifecycle acquisition, primarily focused on acquisition post-award support.
- Post-award Support: Acquisition post-award support includes: Contract Administration, Contract Modification Support, Delivery/Task Order Support, financial tracking, attending Program Management Reviews/Business Management Reviews, providing analysis of progress, and Award Fee management
- Deliverables: Understand the purpose and content of acquisition deliverables, to include Statements of Work (SOW), Cost Estimates, Market Research, Quality Assurance Plans, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and other miscellaneous pre-award documentation
- Contract Domain: Provide contractual domain expertise in implementation, execution, and administration for all aspects of contract management
- Status: Correspond with Government and developers regarding contract status, requests for additional information, etc.
- Proposals: May prepare complex requests for proposals
- Mentorship: May mentor and train less experienced professionals
Work Environment:
- Location: On-site
- Travel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%
- Working Hours: Standard/Flexible
Qualifications:
Required:
- Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 5 years of related work experience
- Acquisition: Experience with Government acquisition initiatives
- Post-acquisition: Experience with post-acquisition support (i.e. contract modification, financial tracking, attending milestone events, providing analysis of progress, award fee management)
- Skills: Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail: Demonstrated attention to detail
