Looking to learn all you can about finance in the fast-paced insurance industry? The Financial Management Program at Liberty Mutual may be just what you’re looking for!
Through our extensive training curriculum, you’ll enhance your technical and professional skills, and broaden your knowledge of the insurance industry. This two-year rotational program consisting of three, 8-month rotations features various assignments across various business units and functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and financial analysis.
As your involvement in the program progresses, you’ll take on projects with added responsibility and make actionable recommendations to improve our systems and processes, as well as the customer experience.
Our formal networking and mentoring programs will also provide you with significant interaction with our community of leaders and experts.
Best of all, at the close of the two-year program, you’ll have the opportunity to explore post program opportunities in a variety of finance functions within Liberty Mutual, a global Fortune 100 company.
Qualifications
What you’ve got
- You have 0-2 years of professional experience.
- You are working towards a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
- You must have permanent work authorization in the United States.
- You are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- You possess strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- You have experience with technical programs, including a strong working knowledge of Excel.
- You must be able to commit to a full-time, two-year program.
