This is a contingent position based upon contract award
KBR is seeking an Image Analyst to support government customers in the Washington Metropolitan Area. The Image Analyst role provides expertise in imagery analysis that enables the detailed technical analysis of GEOINT product quality concerns. This analyst will support a broad range of assessments and assessment tasks both independent and with senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support to technical reviews, consultations, oversight of proposed and executed GEOINT product quality assessments and studies, and strategic level product quality direction.
- Support of GEOINT product quality assessments for the full range of traditional and non-traditional imaging systems, products, and data formats.
- Provide journeyman imagery analyst support through technical review, consultation, and oversight of proposed and executed product quality assessments and studies, and strategic level product quality direction.
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma and at least 3 years of relevant imagery analysis experience. A bachelor’s degree in a related field may count for up to 3 years of this experience.
- Must have 4 years of experience of Imagery analysis experience in the Intelligence Community, both national and operational level.
- Knowledge of soft copy exploitation.
- Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of REMOTE VIEW, IEC, NES, and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, word processing. Knowledge of the intelligence collection process.
- Practiced in ABI and skilled in applying a variety of intelligence sources.
- Functional in ArcGIS. Ability to work in a very dynamic and demanding work environment
