KPMG is currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our Administrative Services at KPMG (ASK) team within our Administrative & Office Experience organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a broad scope of administrative services to requestors, including arranging travel, managing dining reservations, providing engagement setup and client billing support, performing client and industry research, liaising with technology and other support teams, drafting letters, communications, presentations and other deliverables, providing meeting support, assisting with marketing efforts, and providing other support, as needed
- Coordinate and support a range of on-site office operations effectively, including facilities management, supply room inventory management, conference room reservations, program assistance, and the development and distribution of communications and other documents; manage tasks efficiently such as producing, printing, and shipping materials, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining a highly organized work environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by developing a strong understanding of requestors' priorities, projects, and preferences to meet expectations and add value, while demonstrating professionalism, tact, and discretion when handling confidential information, and effectively prioritize competing requirements and deadlines
- Collaborate and troubleshoot with team members to address day-to-day challenges related to services, technology, business relationships, or other issues, including collaborating with Digital Nexus or other internal teams/resources, as necessary
- Participate actively and constructively in Administrative Services team meetings and contribute to internal project teams to enhance knowledge, skills, and the overall success of Administrative Services initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of recent administrative experience or customer service/hospitality/catering/events and meeting industry experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; completed coursework from an accredited college or university preferred
- Excellent verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the firm, including external visitors; able to build productive relationships with peers; strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and capability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
- Solid analytical / research skills including the ability to take initiative in identifying solutions and communicating findings; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications; exceptional web-based research skills and able to learn firm-wide applications
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, identifying more efficient methods for task completion, making independent decisions, and effectively determining when to seek clarification or escalate; capability to work effectively on a large team with common goals and responsibilities; skilled in leveraging strengths, expertise, and diverse perspectives as a member of a high-performing team
- Capacity to work in the assigned Las Vegas office at least four days a week (non-remote position); able to lift and move boxes as required, and work overtime as needed
