The gTech GOC Account Manager is part of the Account Management Team for the Google Operations Center (GOC) responsible for leading business relationships and strategy for the GOC business vertical(s). The GOC is a newly launched Google entity that is reimagining vendorization, by in-sourcing routine workflows. The GOC is quickly becoming one of gTech’s largest operations units, responsible for providing customer care and technical support for a large portion of Google products across a range of types of customers. You will be an insights partner and thought leader to the Vertical leadership team, and will help shape how we become a leading customer care provider.
This is a cross-functional role where you will be working with key partners to define and execute the GOC launch road map. You will support a mix of strategic and operational projects through engagement and project management support.Google creates products and services that make the world a better place, and gTech’s role is to help bring them to life. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $162,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Act as the relationship manager to business stakeholders and manage multiple verticals and work streams.
- Work with global teams within the GOC and support operations, provide guidance, look for value related opportunities and improve health of the engagements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery. Own areas like workflow expansions, identify gaps and lead working group meetings, and deliver regular project status for the vertical(s).
- Structure and execute against strategic projects to solve for complex, ambiguous, and potentially charged business issues for the GOC.
- Construct executive level presentations and present complex findings in a clear, concise, and decision-impacting manner. Build analytical frameworks and tools to measure key results.
