The Learning Innovation Staff Program Manager in Intuit Academy Learning and Development is responsible for managing and leading cross-functional teams to deliver non-technical programs and projects from design to release for internal customers. They are to balance priorities and strategically plan for resource allocation, while engaging with stakeholders and identifying the need for decision-making and tradeoff discussions.
