The team at is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant for our property operations/maintenance team! This exciting luxury hotel is home to a new destination for upscale hospitality, imaginative dining, and world-class events. With the legendary Georgia World Congress Center as our backdrop, this 976-room property will showcase soul of Atlanta in a whole new way! Ideal candidates for this role are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, has strategies in place to stay organized, and has hotel property operations experience
Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday
Pay Rate: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, final offer based on experience

What would I be doing?
As an Administrative Assistant for the Property Operations/Maintenance team, you would be responsible for responding providing administrative and clerical support to department leadership in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specific tasks required of this position would include:
- Greet, assist and provide prompt and courteous service to team members and department management, back-of-house
- Provide administrative and clerical support including typing, data-entry, faxing, copying, filing, processing mail, and performing other general office duties (knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required)
- Correspond via email and answer telephones, as needed
- Input work orders in HOTSOS, schedule preventative maintenance (PM) program, maintain PM logs
- Document Purchase Orders, assist with ordering using Birchstreet
- Process employee time requests, provide assistance with payroll
