We are currently seeking an Integration Engineer who will play a pivotal role in building industry-leading, highly intuitive integration solutions. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders and other IT professionals to design, develop, and implement robust integration solutions that meet the needs of our organization and our customers.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
To include, but not limited to the following:
- Manage and maintain our Boomi integration platform, ensuring its stability, scalability, and reliability.
- Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that meet business requirements and drive efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and IT professionals to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Build and maintain integrations between various systems, ensuring seamless communication and data flow.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support for integration-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Offer expert guidance and best practices to the broader Technical Support team, assisting in critical and time-sensitive situations.
- Partner with development teams to enhance and optimize integration solutions, driving continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on emerging integration technologies and trends, recommending innovative solutions to enhance our integration capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in integration engineering roles.
- Proficiency in middleware integration tools such as Boomi, Mulesoft, or Informatica.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality integration solutions on time and within budget.

Benefits and Compensation:
This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $86,100 - $129,100, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
