Condition Monitoring Specialist
Responsible for producing detailed energy & utility surveys with detailed reports that including recommendations for implementation costs and estimated utility savings. Building, mechanical, and electrical plant and equipment descriptions. Undertakes ad-hoc investigations feasibility studies and develops larger scale utility saving projects for potential implementation. Undertakes adjustments and/or analysis of Building Energy Management Systems to improve/review energy efficiency performance of building services, plant and equipment. Have a solid comprehension of utility/energy savings and low carbon technologies. Uses written and verbal communication skills to proactively communicate and relate with others to facilitate a common awareness. Be able to uphold a high level of client/customer satisfaction and build strong relationships amongst teams. Proven experience working in a commercial surveying, energy analysis or energy management role. Typically requires a college or university degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience and associated accredited qualifications.
