Nightwing is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to support a dynamic Talent Acquisition team in Dulles, VA. This would be a hybrid role with some time working remotely and some time working on site in Dulles, VA
Duties and Responsibilities:
Track & Manage the Employee Referral Program including generating reports, submitting one-time payments and mitigating employee referral eligibility
Track all upcoming new hire starts, validating with the TA team and then notifying the business and the orientation team
Managing and tracking all job board contracts and renewals
Provide weekly monitoring of job board usage and job postings on job boards and social media
Refers appropriate candidates to Recruiters from the general mailbox and other sources
Serve as the point of contact for all third-party staffing agencies
Provides support of data collections and support of creating dashboards for weekly updates and the MOR
Manages all candidate travel for interviews
Tracks all metrics and after actions resulting from job fairs and events
Serves as the point of contact for all advertising and procurement on behalf of the Talent Acquisition Team
Manage and submit expense reports for the Talent Acquisition team
Would manage and update recruitment policies, procedures, and practices and provide them to supervisors, HR staff, and others
Will serve as the point of contact for any Workday related issues or changes
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar role.
Working knowledge of social media
Understanding of recruiting policies and practices
Working knowledge and experience using Workday
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to obtain a US Government clearance
Typically requires:
A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience
Engineering/Other Technical Positions:
Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
