Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Organize many digital deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously

Coordinate document with reviews with subject matter experts

Assist with routine communication with internal and external parties on a via email and through meetings

Track key milestones among multiple projects

Input and maintain project information in a database

Facilitate virtual discussions with project team members, clients and third parties

Keep meeting agendas and minutes

Facilitate virtual and in person meetings in Louisville/Frankfort/Lexington as required for the project

Track outstanding issues among various stakeholders

Assist with preparation of reports and other summaries to present information clients and project team members

Prepare draft review forms and emails for project team and client use

Assist with preparation of monthly invoices and progress reports

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of transportation infrastructure
Proficiency with tracking project schedules
Preference given to local candidates

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
A minimum of 1 years related experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
