Description:This position is for a SAP ERP IT Analyst Senior in the Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations organization supporting the Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Business Area. Individual will work to understand business needs across the FI and CO modules, and provide technology solutions using the SAP application.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
-assisting and leading sessions for requirements gathering
-documenting the solution as well as any important details of the new or current process
-solution blue printing and design work
-application configuration
-product implementation
-post go-live support and on-call support
-provide guidance to the business on appropriate use of the SAP system when needed
-Able to guide the developer(s) for application development
Employee will work closely with developers to ensure solution accuracy. The position will be a part of an agile delivery team. This is a fast-paced, dynamic work environment requiring the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities from the business area customers.

Global DI.Basic Qualifications:Previous professional experience or educational background in IT/Business Systems analysis/Management Information Systems/Finance
- Previous SAP experience needed
- SAP knowledge in FICO
- Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle as illustrated through work experience
- Experience and specific knowledge of business process analysis
- Detailed oriented, Self-directed with strong problem solving skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Development methodologies and SAP applications
- Demonstrated ability to organize and work through complex challenges with time constrains
- Demonstrated ability in being able to deliver high quality work under minimal oversight
- Employee should be able to communicate effectively with internal team members, customers, and developers
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5+ years of professional experience
Desired Skills:- Experience with SAP modules such as but not limited to FI CO.
-Have a good understanding of Integration point with FI/CO and other areas modules (MM/PP/SD)
- Provide support on ME and Qtr/Year end closing.
- Strong Financial accounting experience with strong skills across FICO module including Financial organization structure and master data, GL, AP, AR, Tax VAT, IO, PCA, CCA, Foreign currencies and project systems.
- SAP system configuration experience
- Able to write functional specifications
- Experience in the creation of manual and automated test plans and scripts
- Able to perform system integration testing
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA
- Experience providing production support
- Able to create strong business relations
- Experience with Agile Process
- Communicate and work effectively at all organizational levels and across functional areas
- Able to work independently
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with multiple current assignments
- Able to work remote
- Available to work off days/off hours
- Previous Aerospace and Defense industry experience desired.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $85,900 - $161,900. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
