Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration with 7-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of the marketing mix and the ability to apply strategies effectively to opportunities
- Demonstrates initiative, resourcefulness, accuracy, persistence, and dependability
- Capable of establishing credibility with clients and fostering strong relationships through positive influence
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining professionalism and a “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communicator who encourages creative thinking, shares best practices, and aligns internal resources to achieve marketing goals
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in a professional services work environment
- Experience in the technology or tribal industries a plus
- Experience managing and coaching team members
- Marketing agency background and experience
- Corporate experience serving internal stakeholders

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate’s unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $97,000 to $130,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
