Who we’re looking for
The Toyota Financial Services Information Security Department is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Identity Solutions Architect to join our team. This role will be instrumental in driving the strategic design, implementation, and management of Identity Security services and technologies across the organization. As a thought leader, you will guide best practices and introduce innovative solutions to enhance our identity and access management landscape.
Reporting to the National Manager, Director of Global Information Security Services, the person in this role will work collaboratively with the Identity Security Engineering, Operations, and Governance roles to develop and support secure Identity services for Toyota Financial and our global partners and customers.
What you’ll be doing
Design new solutions for Identity Security in partnership with other Identity teams
Propose new capabilities to improve the Identity Security at Toyota Financial and address emerging security needs.
Review existing technologies and processes, providing recommendations for enhancements and optimizations.
Plan and execute transformational activities in collaboration with the broader Identity Security team.
What you bring
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience.
At least seven (7) or more years of experience designing and implementing Identity technologies.
Proven experience in developing Identity Security solutions with the following technologies:
SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Okta Workforce and Customer Identity
Privileged Access Management (Delinea)
Strong expertise in delivering complex identity security solutions within a global enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of identity security solutions, aligning with business needs and security requirements.
Architect new and optimize existing identity management solutions, strategies, and technologies across SailPoint IIQ, Identity Security Cloud (ISC), Okta Workforce, Okta Customer Identity, and Privileged Access Management using Delinea Secret Serve
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of identity security services.
Provide expert-level documentation and detailed technical diagrams that cater to engineering teams, while also distilling complex information into clear, high-level presentations for executive stakeholders.
Offer thought leadership on emerging trends, technologies, and industry best practices in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Added bonus if you have
At least ten (10) or more years of experience in Identity
At least five (5) years of experience in Information Security
A background in security governance and risk management in a global enterprise.
Experience within the financial industry.
