Test and Evaluation Lead
Key Role:
Work as a liaison to U.S. Government teams performing testing and evaluation of new munitions. Assist in the assessment of munitions materiel specification criteria, identification of data acquisition requirements, development of testing schedules and cost estimates, and participation in the hands-on execution of test activities. Review Safety Assessment Reports to determine capabilities and limitations to support item testing requirements and test range safety factors. Coordinate scheduling, facilitate communication, and support test planning.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience leading test engineers, working with government organizations to develop test requirements and plans
Experience with facilitating an understanding and agreement between the government and supplier regarding T&E activities, schedules, and risks
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with working in or for the U.S. Military
Experience with leading root cause analysis activities, including Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA)
Experience with using Microsoft Office programs, including Teams and Project
Possession of excellent organizational and collaboration skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master's degree
Defense Aquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWAI) Certified in Test and Evaluation Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
