We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Global Workforce Analytics Manager to lead and collaborate on Dover’s workforce analytics and employee listening strategy.
In this pivotal role, reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management, you will provide Dover’s Operating Companies, HR Leaders, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Executive Leadership with actionable data and insights across the employee lifecycle and the evolving business landscape, transforming traditional reporting into real-time analytics and insights through advanced modeling and HR data science.

What You’ll Do
• Build and foster relationships throughout the business to become a trusted source on organizational talent insights.
• Strategic Analytics Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for talent analytics initiatives, developing and executing a comprehensive workforce analytics roadmap. Collaborate closely with the Data Reporting and Analytics team in HR Operations to integrate analytics into strategic planning and decision-making.
• Employee Listening Strategy: Develop and manage an effective employee listening strategy, leveraging third-party survey platforms to gather and analyze employee feedback. Generate surveys and translate responses into valuable insights and strategies that drive improvements in employee experience and engagement.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Consult on business and talent related outcomes, and design data strategies and tools to help educate and inform HR clients and business leaders. Use these tools to influence data-driven decisions that enhance organizational performance. Partner closely with colleagues in the HR Shared Services Data Reporting and Analytics team charged with building and maintain dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision making.
• Advanced Analytics and Modeling: Utilize advanced analytic modeling and HR data science techniques to provide real-time insights, addressing critical business issues and enhancing the organization's analytical capabilities.
• Analytics Community Development: Co-facilitate/ support our HR analytics community and promote analytics literacy throughout the HR organization. Conduct training sessions to build a broader understanding of its application and benefits. Assist end users on insights and interpretation to make better-informed decisions.
• HR Data Governance: Actively support existing and new measures to ensure clear and consistent application of HR data governance and standardized best practices. Ensure the accuracy and scalability of workforce analytics across the global organization.
• Project Management: Oversee the prioritization and management of the workforce analytics portfolio and advanced analytics projects. Ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR Shared Services (HRIS, Payroll, Operational Excellence), HR teams (Business Partners, Compensation, Talent Acquisition), and Technology team to drive analytic effectiveness and skill-development internally to enhance overall HR capabilities.
• Executive Presentation: Influence strategic decisions through clear and impactful presentations to an executive audience, supporting business reviews with compelling data-driven business cases.
What You’ll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, operational or HR, and/ or consulting with hands-on experience in quantitative methods.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and modeling tools (e.g., R, Python, SAS, RapidMiner).
• Advanced visualization applications (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to distill complex business problems into actionable insights.
• Understanding of data governance and master data management.

• Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting data to an executive audience. Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable strategies.
• Project Management: Experience managing advanced analytics project lifecycles, including problem framing, data preparation, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaboration & Influence: Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience in building strong partnerships with Data Reporting and Analytics teams and other HR functions.
• Time Management: Ability to manage complex work within tight deadlines, balancing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
