Service Ambassador - Hilton Atlanta
is looking to welcome a Service Ambassador to join the team!
Find our hotel in downtown Atlanta, near I-75, and within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium. State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium are a mile away and we’re connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center and MARTA, linking to ATL airport.
Our ideal candidate would have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience and flexibility with all shifts.
Shift Pattern: Full Availability and Flexibility (AM/MID/PM) Weekdays, weekends and holidays as needed.

What will I be doing?
As a Service Ambassador, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning projects as needed
- Deliver items requested by the Room Attendants through our phone app system
- Directly connect with the guests regarding items
- Greet guests in a friendly manner
- Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed
- Other projects as needed
