Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 14 years of experience in management consulting, or project management from a public accounting firm or multi-national company.
- 5 years of experience in people management.
- Experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles, with a focus on overseeing the complete contract lifecycle.
- Experience leading multiple, cross-functional projects, identifying and implementing process improvements.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing outsourced contracting functions, overseeing the performance of outsourced functions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Experience as a manager, leading and facilitating cross-functional or global teams, including managing and influencing teams of senior professionals and managers, and establishing performance expectations.
- Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in contract management.
- Strong understanding of contract discussions, terms clarification, and issue resolution, with the ability to implement discussion strategies to achieve favorable terms and mitigate risks.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $202,000-$287,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Lead GPO's Contract Operations team which owns the complete contract lifecycle, from drafting and discussion to execution and renewal. Identify and engage with external vendors or service providers to handle specific aspects of the contracting process.
- Oversee the drafting, review and finalization of contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and foster strong partnership with Category Management teams, key budget owners in the product area/functional teams, stakeholders, and strategic suppliers, acting as a business partner and liaison to drive innovation and efficiency in contracting operations.
