It’s an exciting time for partnerships at CreditWise, as we’re actively expanding our product offering and reach through partnerships. In addition to driving new sign-ups via traditional paid channels, the partnerships team aligns with third-parties to empower their users with tools to improve their financial well-being. As a Senior Associate on the Business Development team, you’ll be responsible for nurturing our network of partners. You’ll think strategically about how to optimize partnerships, and collaborate cross-functionally with business analysts and product teams. This role will empower you to learn and develop best practices within partnership management. We’re looking for a Senior Associate who is passionate and energized by the opportunity for creative problem solving in order to meet our ambitious goals.
This role is hybrid meaning associates typically spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Monday and Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
Responsibilities:
Support the nurturing and expansion of external partnerships
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholder on key initiatives
Maintain and grow key relationships with external partners
Manage the timeline and process for a initiative expansion with internal and external teams, including meeting materials and onboarding documentation
Support recurring Partnership meetings and own expansion opportunities for mutual growth
Competencies:
Strong analytical, project management, presentation, marketing, and creative skills
Proven track record of delivering results
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Organizational skills and effective time management to succeed in a competitive and dynamic environment
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 2 years experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, Project Management, Strategy or Account Management
