Honeywell’s
ACST team is seeking an R&D
Supervisor for our Broomfield,
CO location. In this role, you will manage a group of technical team
members in support of Honeywell ACST programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Direct supervision of technicians including mentoring,
training, work assignments, performance reviews, succession planning, and behavior/performance
issue resolution
Coordination of lab safety and compliance,
calibration and maintenance of equipment, material tagging/tracking, supplies
inventory, and facility improvements
Ownership of 5S process initiatives to
standardize and improve lab services to internal and external customers
Oversee development and documentation of
standard operating procedures
Identification and purchasing of equipment
and supplies
Conducting activities in a safe and healthy
manner in accordance with established HS&E requirements, taking
necessary actions to prevent unsafe conditions in the labs
Assists
engineers and scientists in the execution project milestones and
deliverables associated with magnets and shielding
The annual base salary range for this position is $112,000.00
- $140,000.00 Please note that this salary information serves as a general

Must be a U.S. Citizen due to contractual requirements.
YOU MUST HAVE:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
2-5 years of experience in a technical, engineering, or laboratory environment
1-2 years of experience leading a team, including performance management
U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing."
