The Intelligence Group of Leidos is seeking four Portfolio Analysis and Integration Specialists to support an Intelligence Community (IC) program in Bethesda, MD. Successful candidates in this position will collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Private Sector and will directly contribute to development and implementation of business and mission analytics efforts. An Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required to be considered for this position.
Primary Responsibilities
Keep abreast of IC and DoD data and related strategies, business goals, objectives, and performance targets, and make recommendations to keep the Sponsor’s strategy aligned accordingly
Portfolio Management – Experience with managing multiple projects, schedules, tasks and deliverables
Strategic Planning – provide project Integration task support and serve as a strategic liaison team member supporting various internal and external projects, specifically focused on program integration efforts and providing support for broad implementation of IC IT initiatives and shared services for international partners
Provide senior-level executive support to International Partnership Team’s customer involvement and interaction with a multitude of governance for a spanning the IC, DoD, INT-specific equities and international governance forums
Support the development, integration and execution of international partnership plans and strategies
Basic Qualifications
TS/SCI with CI Polygraph required
Requires a BS degree and 8 – 12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 6 – 10 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain.
Draft products that reflect strong writing and grammatical skills
Ability to develop, coordinate and draft executive level electronic communications products and outreach for strategic communications efforts to include populating websites, shared documents and collaboration tools
Provide audience-appropriate written and verbal communications and demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills
Work with seniors in a diverse, fast-paced, multi-task environment and manage competing priorities
Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Produce deliverables in multiple formats as needed (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with cross-cultural communication with international partners
Flexibility in work hours to accommodate communications across several time zones and availability for occasional travel

Pay Range:
Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00
