Job Summary
Assists in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the work of personnel in charge of task orders and/or integrated product teams; Assists in developing management plans and preparing management/cost performance reports; Provides technical expertise to coordinate project activities such as work package drafting and coordination, work breakdown structure management; coordinates travel, meetings, briefings and other activities necessary for the effective execution of program management tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
Self-Starter, Detail oriented, extremely organized, not intimidated by technical staff or senior management (CON & GOV); will track Action "library" (100s of items). General other PC items - assist onboarding, potential travel coordination, etc.
Experienced listener with the ability to understand technical interactions
Ability to collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams
Coordinates travel, meetings, briefings, and other activities
Master task list lead responsible to tracking and following through on action items

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in a business discipline.
Experience in lieu of degree.
Four (4) years' experience on large scale programs of over $5M a year in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities; Experience supporting program activities using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint. In lieu of a Bachelor's Degree, an additional four ( 4) years' experience is required for a total of eight (8) years' experience.
Two (2) years of direct experience with an intelligence community or signals intelligence activity is desired.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $61,750.00 - $111,625.00
