With that in mind, we’re looking for an empathetic and experienced Global Accommodations Manager, who has the people skills to support Intuit in complex and sensitive discussions, the program and project management skills and the knowledge to navigate the complexities of global accommodation compliance.

In this role, you will also be helping design the administration systems and processes that will allow us to scale our programs for rapid growth, partnering with our legal team and other internal stakeholders to update and develop new policies and bringing real value to our employees by enhancing their end-to-end experience learning about and navigating accommodations.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent working experience.
- 7+ years of comprehensive experience in Accommodation Case Management and knowledge of the various legislative requirements.
- Deep knowledge of federal and state disability and accommodation laws, in addition to understanding the workplace accommodation process, specifically ADA/ADAA and FMLA.
- Proven ability to model critical thinking, program management, and collaboration and build these skills within the COE.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to set standards and budgets for programs and projects.
- Persuasive communication skills and proven success in designing, proposing, gaining leadership support, and implementing effective leave and benefit programs and solutions.
- Operational excellence and process rigor, including project management and end-to-end process and workflow management.
- Comfort with HR, program management, and case management tools and technology, including Salesforce.
- Strong organizational/time management skills and multi-tasking abilities.
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Manage the global workplace accommodations program, by strategizing and maintaining program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives and developing program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
- Provide consultation and coaching on workplace accommodations by acting as an advocate for the accommodations process and providing educational support with a focus on problem solving and creative solutions.
- Manage the team who handle the interactive process and determine an appropriate course of action based on multiple considerations. Provide guidance on complex accommodation requests and cases including the inability to accommodate.
- Perform accommodation services to ensure compliance with regulations, company policies, and standard work to support employee requests for accommodations in safe and productive assignments.
- Provide guidance, assess risk, resolve issues, and escalate as appropriate for employees and managers.
- Maintain system records and documentation to ensure accurate and timely information/documentation.
- Leverage key data and insights to identify and influence opportunities for improvement in employee experiences prioritized in the appropriate governing body.
- Ensure compliance by researching requests based on country specific regulations and conduct interactive discussions with employees and managers based on country requirements.
- Maintain subject-matter-expertise, by keeping up to date with a global changing external accommodation environment and seeking out knowledge building through external resources.
- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
- Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion while leveraging Intuit policies, practices, and standards.
