As an Irregular Warfare Analyst, you’ll bring your expertise to provide support in the development of policy and implementation recommendations on the topic of irregular warfare. You’ll bring in-depth understanding and expertise to one or more aspects of DoD, Service, Joint, Interagency, and allied and partner processes and culture. You will apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. You’ll develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience with irregular warfare, including strategic level policy analysis, stability operations, civil affairs, counter threat finance, military operations, military forces, and USSOCOM, interagency coordination and synchronization mechanisms, the Joint Strategic Planning System, the Joint Staff, and USSOCOM roles and responsibilities
- 4+ years of experience supporting the DoD
- 1+ years of experience supporting a governmental entity
- Experience writing for and briefing DoD leadership at the O-6 and GS-15 levels and above
- Knowledge of DoD processes, policies, and capabilities
- Ability to develop presentations, including client-ready reports, briefings, and information papers
- TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience supporting SOF elements
- Experience supporting wargaming or TTX development and execution
- Knowledge of DoD strategic planning processes, interagency processes, policies, and capabilities
- Master's degree in International Relations, Foreign Affairs, Security Studies, Public Policy, or a related field
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
