Job Summary
The Change Principal, Change Management (HR Project Experience and Delivery) will support adoption planning and execution for HR Technology initiatives. This includes change management plans, stakeholder management, and measuring program readiness leveraging Prosci and additional change management tools. May also be asked to provide support to the project management & planning function to execute successful end-to-end project delivery.
Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Enables realization of HR and employee experience projects by driving the timely and effective adoption of business-related changes
- Creates and implements change acceleration strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance
- Coaches project sponsors to ensure his/her readiness and ongoing engagement in adoption outcomes
- Coordinates activities for the Change Management Adoption Network including meeting agendas and monthly Playbook
- Interacts closely with cross-functional teams (both field and corporate) and leverages other resources such as communications and knowledge partners as needed
- Supports the more experienced members of the adoption team by assisting with change tactics for seamless execution of change plans
- Acts as the coordinator for Change Management training courses and programs
- Provides project management support when needed
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Additional Requirements:
- Experience leading change management projects using ADKAR methodology preferred
- Excellent facilitation skills
