As a Business Administrator, you will act as the onsite contact for the Microsoft SVC Bing office, providing team support, space management, event coordination, and point of contact for business operations and ordering and maintaining supplies for the team. You will also provide calendar, travel, and expense report management for executives, as well as execute cross-functional special projects. - You will provide strategic calendar and time planning support for managers, aligning to managers’ personal needs and business priorities. You’ll also provide complex travel arrangements and may create itineraries for daily activities to maximize trip productivity. You will collaborate with peers and engage with stakeholders across multiple organizations to coordinate and cascade information as needed.
- You will own the coordination, logistics, and direction for events and projects, delegating as necessary and collaborating with stakeholders and suppliers end to end.
- You will oversee inventory management and participate in discretionary budget tracking and reporting. You’ll own expense management including documentation, expense tracking, and policy compliance.
- You will maintain up-to-date space-management processes and team spaces, using data to recommend changes and identify future requirements. You’ll coordinate large-scale space requests, liaising between business admins and space planners and advocating for appropriate space for your team.
- You will onboard and assist new employees, vendors, and interns as an essential contact for questions and onboarding logistics (e.g., ordering new-hire equipment, setting up workstations, distribution lists, security groups). You may provide additional support for executive onboarding.
- You will liaise with Business Managers and/or Chief of Staffs on headcount management activities, including managing transfers, reporting, offboarding, and transactions within headcount management tools.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training)
- 2+ years experience serving as a mentor to others
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology)
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $28.46 - $48.80 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $39.76 - $55.67 per hour.
