Financial Analyst
Key Role:
Compile and analyze financial information for the organization. Build recurring end of month and mid-month reporting on key internal financial metrics. Perform financial analysis, including analyzing internal financial reporting, performing root-cause analysis, and identifying implications and impacts to our business. Provide analytical support for key input on budgeting and forecasting and ensure the various business units meet metrics. Build dynamic Microsoft Excel financial models for a range of audiences, including non-finance staff to perform scenario analysis around budgets. Learn and become fluent in different financial paradigms to communicate effectively with stakeholders in various parts of the company. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Basic Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with financial analysis and corporate financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel at an advanced level
Ability to perform financial analysis and use critical thinking to bring value to the improvement of financial performance
Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $106,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
