Required Qualifications:
- Licensed Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Counseling; or Licensed Ph.D
- Active, unrestricted, independent license in the state of residence
- 2+ years of post-licensure experience in a related mental health environment
- 1+ years of case management experience
- Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Teams, and Excel
- Dedicated home office space and ability to leverage existing reliable high-speed internet (Cable Broadband, DSL, or Fiber)
- Ability to work an 8 hour shift within the business hours of 8am-8pm EST
- Ability to work two nights/week until 8pm ET / 7pm CT / 6pm MT / 5pm PT

- Medical/Behavioral setting experience (i.e., hospital, managed care organization, or joint medical/behavioral outpatient practice)
- Discharge planning experience
- Chart review experience
- Experience consulting with facility and/or hospital staff to coordinate treatment plans
- Experience working in community/county mental health
- Dual diagnosis experience with mental health and substance abuse
- Experience working in an environment that required coordination of benefits and utilization of multiple groups and resources for patients
- Experience with government funded programs

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
