- High comfort level in holding calls with project managers, developers and utility company stakeholders around topics such as power capacity requirements, construction timelines, and charging infrastructure programs.
- Willingness to reprioritize and shift gears to different assignments to adapt to the clients’ needs.
- Understanding of project financials and cost implications.
- Advanced MS Excel skillset including Power Query experience. Proficient with SQL queries.
- Experience building and maintaining business tools using Google AppSheet, Smartsheet, MS SharePoint, Airtable or similar low/no code SaaS platforms.
- Last Mile delivery, fleet management, logistics nice to have
- Data analysis/modeling experience (SQL, Python, R) nice to have
- Data visualization experience (Quicksight, Tableau and PowerBI) nice to have
Supervisory Responsibilities
No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position initially. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-works within a work unit and/or project.
Education and Experience
Education: A bachelor's in environmental science, sustainability, business administration, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years of related experience and/or training.
Certificates and/or Licenses
CEM or EMIT accreditation preferred
Communication Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to clients. Ability to effectively present information.
Financial Knowledge
Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and qualitative skills.
Other Skills and Abilities
Ability to write reports, manuals in a pre-designed style and format.
Scope of Responsibility
