Overview
The Program Support & Risk Reporting Analyst will be responsible for:
· performing analysis on issue management data, identifying inconsistencies and/or errors and works with Operations staff to correct system of record.
· generating recurring and ad-hoc reports from the Archer system of record, analyzing and formatting data for publication to leadership and Operations staff, including presentation of key issue metrics and trending.
· Formatting and presenting audit and issue data into executive level material, using MS PowerPoint, excel, and word
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Typically more than six years of applicable experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
· Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.
· Must be able to work independently, and to take initiative and ownership of responsibilities and act with sense of urgency to deliver accurate and meaningful reporting data.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
· Basic knowledge/experience with SQL coding.
· Ability to think outside the box and offer solutions to complex reporting requirements.
· Ability to learn and understand complex concepts, respond quickly to critical business needs, prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting demanding deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
· Thorough knowledge of US Bank business line processes and procedures.
· Advanced knowledge and experience with Archer eGRC system.
· Issues Management experience.
· Considerable understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there’s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $91,290.00 - $107,400.00 - $118,140.00
